Caroline has over 35 years’ experience in major infrastructure delivery, business leadership and business transformation within the transportation sector and defence.  She has worked with a range of high-profile government led clients across the UK public sector and with industry contractors. She has a proven ability in leading large, diverse, multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments. An enthusiastic, relationship-focused leader, Caroline strives for a collaborative environment, assembling the right mix of personalities and technical capability to ensure optimal delivery. She interfaces effectively throughout WSP, client organisations, partners and with stakeholders and is passionate about developing individuals and mentoring and motivating people to achieve new challenges.
