Girish Reesaul is a Chartered Civil Engineer and technical leader with over 30 years’ experience in infrastructure design, construction, operations, and asset management. He has held senior roles across transport and aviation sectors, leading national and international programmes in technical assurance, sustainability, and innovation. As Head of Profession for Civil Engineering & Built Environment at TfL, he ensures safety, resilience, and sustainability across London’s transport networks. Girish is a Fellow of multiple professional institutions, a regular speaker at international forums, and a passionate mentor committed to developing future engineering talent.
