Leo Phillips is a Director at The Environmental Protection Group (EPG), a UK-based environmental and water consultancy delivering integrated services across contaminated land, water resources, flood risk and environmental permitting. A geologist by background, Leo has over a decade of experience leading complex environmental projects for water companies, infrastructure providers, developers and waste operators, including large-scale regional programmes and nationally significant schemes. He works closely with regulators, clients and stakeholders to deliver proportionate, evidence-based solutions that deliver real environmental and societal benefit. In 2025, EPG was recognised as SME Consultancy of the Year at the NCE Awards.
