I am passionate about creating great outcomes for clients and colleagues and invests my time in building relationships, processes and teams that deliver outstanding results. 

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and a STEM Ambassador. I am also on the steering group of UK Civil Engineers Declare, helping to shape our industry's collective response to the climate and biodiversity emergency, through delivery of the 13 commitments within the declaration.
