Jay heads up the Portfolio Management team which has oversight on the HS2, Thames Tideway Tunnel and Hinkley Point C and PFI programme. Jay has over 30 years of experience in infrastructure and has worked across equity origination, restructuring, portfolio management and infrastructure delivery. His career as been both public and private sector working for large international infrastrucre organisations. His infrastructure experience spans, rail, road, telecoms, power, Energy from Waste and social infrastructure.
