Rob Auld has 30 years of proven delivery experience in both the Contracting and Development spaces. He held various roles at Laing O’Rourke delivering projects across several sectors including Healthcare, Education, Residential and Civils as well as leading on their Modern Methods of Construction or DfMA strategy. He then moved into the Development space and has been responsible for delivering some of the Uks leading Build to Rent residential projects at both Moda Living and most recently McLaren Property, Living and Regeneration. His role currently includes leading the design, procurement and delivery of the World leading, York Central regeneration project.
