Natalie is Head of Supply Chain Development, Skills, Education & Employment at the Lower Thames Crossing, a National Highways pathfinder project of regional and national significance. Natalie specialises in the supply chain management of major infrastructure projects, building resilient supply chains and collaborative partnerships to achieve a myriad of project ambitions, from low carbon construction to sustainable skills development. Natalie’s background is in procurement and commercial, having previously worked for Crossrail Ltd. and Transport for London. Natalie sits on the Executive Board of the Global Women in Leadership Programme.
