Owen Dannatt, a Fellow of the ICE, was appointed CEO of Kilnbridge in May 2024, bringing extensive experience across the built environment. Owen’s early career with Taylor Woodrow saw him deliver major infrastructure projects, including King’s Cross Underground Station, before moving into Deloitte’s real estate team. Over the last 15 years, Owen has held senior roles on complex development projects, including Advisory Board member for The Shard and COO at Sellar. A Chartered Civil Engineer, Owen holds an MEng from Imperial, an MSc from King’s College and an Executive MBA from Bayes, combining technical expertise with strategic insight.
