Kathleen has over 25 years experience working across a broad range of sectors. From working on canals with British Waterway as a student, to building schools with Balfour Beatty Construction and holding a wide range of roles with Jacobs, she embeds sustainable development and improvement in all her work. Kathleen is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and is passionate about promoting the profession, encouraging professional development and STEM events, particularly for women and girls. Through Building Equality, she supports LGBTQ+ inclusion in the build environment, and advocates positive mental health at work.
