Steve Feeley is ICE’s Director Membership Recruitment and is responsible for ICE’s membership pipeline.  Steve, a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of ICE, oversees the activities of the Membership Recruitment Team who are engaged with Colleges, Universities and employers globally, providing membership support to aspirant members, their mentors and employers.
