Jenny McLaughlin brings over two decades of airport industry expertise, from delivery of ISO14001 accreditation at East Midlands to complex digital and infrastructure at Heathrow. A passionate advocate for inclusion, Jenny turns her neurodiversity into a strength, a recognised speaker on ‘Systematic Inclusion ‘and ‘Equitable Safety’ driving change in the industry. This is recognised in her involvement in publishing of the RIBA Inclusive Design Overlay (2023), setting new baseline for equitable design. Beyond industry, Jenny drives opportunity as a college governor and leads the Heathrow Inclusive Learners Partnership, opening doors for future talent.
