Doug is an engineer passionate about driving innovation and decarbonisation across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently a Consultant in Expedition Engineering’s Infrastructure Performance Consulting team, he works with major UK clients to improve infrastructure delivery and accelerate the adoption of low-carbon technologies. His recent work spans concrete and steel decarbonisation, advanced market commitments for calcined clay, and delivery process improvement in the energy sector. Prior to Expedition, he worked at HS2 within M&E, Fire Engineering and Innovation, and was a judge for the HS2 Accelerator. He brings a systems level perspective and enthusiasm for scalable, practical innovation in construction.
