Delivering high quality educational, STEM & careers outreach, writing programmes designed to instil confidence, empower young people, and pique interest in careers linked to engineering and construction. Much of her time is spent working with SEND students and students from lower socio-economic backgrounds working to balance their opportunities and skills to peers. Vocal about raising the bar across industries to ensure all businesses deliver outreach that meets Gatsby benchmarks and student’s needs and abilities. She believes that “Early Careers” begins with young minds & not post exams – teach the skills that lead to the qualifications and attitudes required for success.
