HR Director: Guy has worked within the HR profession for over 25 years and for Bouygues Construction in a range of HR roles for 18 years. Within Bouygues Construction Guy has worked within a broad range of their divisions. Between 2022 and 2024 Guy was HR Director on the Align Joint Venture on the High Speed 2 Infrastructure Project. On this project Guy was responsible for the People Plan, high level stakeholder management and leadership in ensuring the project is successfully implemented. In January of this year Guy was appointed HR Director for the Civil Works Alliance on the Sizewell C Nuclear Project which is an Alliance formed of Bouygues Travaux Publics, Balfour Beatty, Laing O’Rouke and Sizewell C. The project will become Europe’s biggest infrastructure project. Away from work Guy lives in Sheffield with his wife and 2 teenage daughters. At weekends Guy enjoys either time in the garden or a long walk in the Derbyshire Peak District.
