Tony is responsible for the design and delivery of professional and occupational courses and programmes across a range of construction, engineering and project management disciplines throughout the UK. He leads the Company’s support for the professional institutions such as the ICE and is responsible for the Military Talent Pathway. Tony joined Balfour Beatty in 1999, following a commission in the Royal Navy, and has held a number of L&D and Early Careers roles and was involved in developing Trailblazer Apprenticeships. A Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of The 5% Club, he is Vice Chair of the Company’s Armed Forces Steering Group.
