As Technical Director at AtkinsRéalis, and a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, I have over 30 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally. With a background in bridge and structural engineering, I have supported clients across the full project lifecycle—from concept and detailed design through construction and asset management—consistently focusing on sustainable, efficient, and high quality solutions. I am passionate about developing and mentoring others and I am the Lead Supervising Civil Engineer for AtkinsRéalis, overseeing the ICE Approved Training Scheme and supporting the growth and professional development of our future engineers and leaders. I also contribute to sector capability development through my role on the Federated Advisory Board for the National Highways Roads Academy.
