Paul leads teams at AECOM delivering a variety of award-winning place-based programmes for local authority clients. 20 years’ experience covering the full life-cycle from business case and engagement, through design development, to construction contract preparation and management. His teams have a strong focus on sustainable design with collaborative engagement and are working with a number of clients on high profile schemes. He has developed a high performing and award-winning team which are now established as industry leaders in Active Travel and Placemaking across the UK. Winners of the 2025 NCE Impact and Transport Award and recent projects awards include 2023 ACE 'Transport Project of the year' and 2024 CIHT Excellence in Transport Design. Proactive in investing in staff with members of the team achieving Young Professional of the Year awards at NCE and CIHT.
