Harsha Meethalawe, WSP

I am Harsha an early career professional (Assistant BIM Coordinator) working for WSP-UK-Civil in the London Southeast region. Since joining WSP, I have entered their digital pathways and completed a WSP sponsored Level 4 data-analytics apprenticeship which has allowed me to plan, develop and deploy innovative data and automation solutions to optimise project performance and outcomes on several major infrastructure projects. Increasing my aptitude in data-analytics and automation has led to me winning hackathons, WSP UK awards, and being part of a team that is now a finalist for the WSP Global Excellence awards. Following the completion of my apprenticeship, I am now studying on a WSP sponsored Artificial Intelligence and Data Specialist course where I have a wider scope to learn cutting-edge data skills and truly love being part of the construction industry in this advancing digital age.
