Tim has 20 years' experience in the leadership of major infrastructure projects and programmes, across a range of sectors and funding models. Tim leads the programme management team for the Network Rail elements of Northern Powerhouse Rail, a complex and politically high profile portfolio of works which seeks to transform connectivity across the north of England.
