Alvin is a Chartered Manager and IRCA certified Lead Auditor with extensive experience of business improvement, people management, risk management, and change management. He has worked across a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors. An award-winning leader in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Alvin has spearheaded numerous committees and working groups dedicated to enhancing representation and inclusion within the industry and the wider community. Passionate about mental health and wellbeing, Alvin is also a Trustee for a national wellbeing & relationships charity.
