Kim Thomson serves as Kier’s Diversity and Inclusion Manager, spearheading the D&I strategy and action plan for the Group. With over eight years of experience in emerging talent, recruitment, and D&I, she previously dedicated her expertise to charitable organisations, focusing on volunteering and engagement policies. Kim is especially passionate about positive action programmes, having revitalised the now award-winning Making Ground programme, which supports prison leavers and individuals with unspent convictions in securing sustainable and rewarding employment.
