Jo has over 30 years of project delivery experience of complex projects. This has primarily been in the built environment, both in the UK and Internationally, including aviation, rail, water, data centres, commercial, residential and hotels. Jo has held senior leadership roles at Mace, Southern Water, Heathrow Airport, DE&S (MOD), before her current position at the IPA. She brings extensive leadership experience in project and programme management through the whole delivery lifecycle, which technical expertise in planning, project controls and digital systems. Jo’s current day job at IPA is spent overseeing DFT’s largest rail and road projects, along with supporting MOJ’s prison building programme.
