Karl is a Projects Director and Commercial Specialist in the government’s Infrastructure and Projects Authority. Chartered Civil Engineer experienced in infrastructure planning and large-scale housing and regeneration projects. Advising government to improve deliverability of major economic development projects forming the Government Major Projects Portfolio. Expert advisor on infrastructure planning reform and the nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIP) consenting regime. Karl led the technical specialist team of the Advisory Team for Large Applications (ATLAS), part of the Homes and Communities Agency . Karl was also responsible for technical direction of major initiatives such as Northstowe, and the Hospital Sites Programme.
