Joshua Waterman Managing Director of Building Safety Act Consult Limited. Building Safety Act Consult is a building safety consultancy, providing building safety advice on the new Building Safety Regime within construction and the Building Regulations Principal Designer role. Josh was previously Project Director at Turner & Townsend, delivering projects such as Battersea Power Station and Chelsea Barracks. He has been involved with the CIOB since 2011. He is currently MCIOB and a member of the CIOB London Hub Committee. Josh was winner of the Construction Manager of the Year Commercial Silver Award in April 2024, for role as Project Director at Battersea Power Station.
