Leo Phillips is a Director of The Environmental Protection Group (EPG) and Hafren Water, with over 15 years’ experience across environmental consultancy, water management and infrastructure. Originally from a technical environmental monitoring background, Leo now combines technical understanding with commercial and business leadership, helping to grow specialist consultancy services across water, geoenvironmental, monitoring and sustainable drainage. As a director, he is involved in business strategy, commercial management, innovation and the development of new services, while remaining closely connected to project delivery. His experience ranges from supporting major infrastructure and development projects to introducing new monitoring technologies and data-led approaches to environmental management. Leo is particularly interested in how specialist consultancies can combine strong technical delivery with innovation, commercial sustainability and genuine value for clients.
