Sean Keyes is the Chief Executive of Sutcliffe, a civil and structural and building surveyors. A chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Structural Engineer and Chartered Surveyor, Sean has 36 years experience in the construction industry and is a fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Under his leadership the practice has grown into a national practice delivering healthcare, housing, education and regeneration projects across the UK. His career includes contribution to more than 250,000 homes and landmark schemes such as the Royal Liverpool Hospital, Liverpool Women's Hospital and Mossley Hill Mental Health Hospital. Sean is passionate about apprenticeships, developing young engineers and raising standards across the profession having supported the training of 50 apprentices. He is currently the Northern Chair for the Association for Consultancy & Engineering
