I am currently a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer at Rolls-Royce SMR with many years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects. My technical background spans the nuclear, marine, and complex infrastructure sectors. This direct industry experience gives me practical insight into technical civil and structural challenges, technical solutions in high-integrity environments, and modern energy infrastructure. As a Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE) and an ICE IPD mentor, I regularly assess engineering competence and professional standards. My appointment as a Professional Reviewer for the Institution of Civil Engineers directly aligns with this commitment, allowing me to help raise the level of engineering professionalism across the industry. I hold an MSc in Structural Engineering and am currently advancing my executive capability and knowledge in strategic leadership and management. I focus on novel, sustainable, low-complexity solutions that integrate effectively across multi-disciplinary sectors in the boundary of the project's strategic requirements.
