An experienced engineering leader, she has held senior roles with Laing O’Rourke, Ramboll, Arup and Lendlease, working across healthcare, data centres, defence, custodial, commercial, and science & research sectors. Passionate about both technical excellence and people development, she is a strong advocate for creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
