Nicky Wright is a Partner within the Infrastructure team at Gardiner & Theobald, advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure programmes across the transport, utilities and energy sectors. Her work focuses on commercial strategy, market engagement and strengthening supply chain resilience to support the successful delivery of complex programmes. Nicky holds an MEng in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc in Construction Economics and Management from UCL, combining strong technical and commercial expertise in her approach to major programme delivery. In 2025, Nicky was named the Distinguished Winner at the Women in Construction & Engineering Awards and was elected to the Board of the British Aviation Group. Alongside her work with clients, she is a strong advocate for developing diverse talent, strengthening industry capability and improving collaboration across the infrastructure sector.
