Align JV

Since January 2022, Align JV have implemented a number of programmes to ensure that employee retention is high. A high turnover not only disrupts operations but also indicates underlying issues in employee satisfaction and engagement. As prove that our model is indeed working, we had a number of placements returning to work at Align JV following their short time with us; this show that Align JV is not only the best place to start your work experience but also to continue developing in your career.
