Best Delivery of Business Change

This award recognises and celebrates an engineering consultancy firm which has implemented a successful change in its business during the last 18 months; be that a successful merger, acquisition, creation of a new division or establishing a new culture within the business.

Dice Consulting Engineers

The team at Dice have collectively implemented a significant step change in its business. Being a young, thriving company, with an existing structure in place, the directors identified that to continue its growth plan but more importantly to build resilience, action was needed to enable every part of the company to flourish, including its team, its services and capabilities and its financial performance. Subsequently, this has also benefitted Dice’s clients as they can access additional services, and supply chain partners are able to be more involved in shared projects. The major catalyst of the success of the change was having the whole team on board. From the outset Dice created open, two-way communication, using multiple channels to discuss the why, the plans, the activity and how each member of the team would be involved and affected. Feedback was welcomed and played a considerable part in the process and success.
