Matthew has been the Programme Director for the Restoration & Renewal Delivery Authority since it was established in 2020. He was previously Surface Director at Crossrail Ltd responsible for leading the multi-billion pound programme to enhance the existing railway network for London’s newest railway system.  He has prior experience running major projects in the petro-chemical, high-speed rail and aviation sectors. Matthew is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
