Jenny has 15 years of industry experience, primarily focused on high-growth and scaling commercial life science development. Jenny spent 10 years working for Alexandria Real Estate, a life-science-focused American REIT in San Diego, where she was involved in various capacities with over 1 million square feet of development ranging from incubation suites to scaled master plans and strategic amenity creation. She then worked for JLL in the UK where she consulted various investor/developer clients on development and delivery potential for the life science industry. Jenny is now heavily involved in the strategic master plan for Harwell, working in tandem with the greater team to build on the existing ecosystem and deliver an additional 1.5 million square feet of thoughtful, cluster-based innovation space over the next 5-10 years. Jenny has a strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem and how to create thoughtful real estate solutions that enable organic growth to occur at pace. She is passionate about providing quality human focused, sustainable and flexible solutions that are fundamental to the future of this thriving asset class.
