Previously a National Director of Project Management at Jones Lang LaSalle where he specialised in project management, development monitoring and due diligence, James joined the Chancerygate Development Team in April 2016. He was appointed Project Management Director in May 2017 and in addition to being a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, James is also a Chartered Project Management Surveyor and author of Sustainable Property for the RICS isurv website.

Working in tandem with our Development Managers and Asset Managers, James is a key adviser on all technical and construction aspects associated with Chancerygate’s industrial development and refurbishment activities, working on scheme across the South and South East of England.
