Gary serves as Legal Director and Company Secretary of AKT II Limited, leveraging over a decade of construction industry experience on projects that range from world class city centre office developments schemes, towers, footbridges and theatres, to masterplanning and regeneration projects. His prior experience was centred around financial services, compliance and financial crime with global banks and investment. As AKT II's legal head and company secretary, he ensures adherence to all ethical, statutory and governance regulations while managing board relations and company secretarial duties. He also has a strong interest in DE&I and works with the business and its leaders to deliver upon its strategic objectives and acts as a board champion for diversity.
