Ben started his career with Railtrack/Network Rail, including development and delivery of the Crossrail Surface Works as Programme Sponsor and Major Programme Director. Subsequently, he has held leadership roles on multiple mega-projects, including interim Delivery Director for the Restoration & Renewal of the Palace of Westminster, Project Services Director, Expansion for Heathrow Airport and Integrated Programme Team Director for the Hs2 Euston station project for MaceDragados Joint Venture. He returned to Heathrow Airport in 2023 to take up the position of Director of Masterplanning & Long Term Growth with the principal responsibility of setting out and delivering the airports growth plans over the next 30 years.
