Angus has been a Geotechnical Advisor at National Highways since 2018. He is responsible for assurance of geotechnical products in NH’s Yorkshire & North East region, development of new standards and has been project sponsor for a number of research projects, including one on the deterioration of earthwork assets. Prior to working at National Highways Angus worked for a number design organisations in the UK and abroad working on among others, highway, flood defence, rail and water schemes
